New Support Process
Adding a support ticket can be achieved easily by completing the online form. You have the option to imbed pictures into your case description and to attach files (15MB limit) directly to the case. Requestor, subject and description are compulsory fields.
Add comments to your tickets
You can follow your tickets progress by checking the ticket status and you can export your tickets to a CSV.

*The option to email support directly is still available. A ticket is automatically created from an email sent through our support mail box. You than have the option to view and monitor the progress of the ticket through email or our support portal.
