Please access our Support Portal in order to log a case and create a support ticket, read knowledge articles about our various software solutions or download the latest version of our products.

Please note you will need a valid account with username and password to access these materials. If you have any trouble, please request a new account or email support@dataminesoftware.com to fix any technical issues. You can also use this email if you prefer direct email support.

New Support Process

  • 1. Log

    Adding a support ticket can be achieved easily by completing the online form. You have the option to embed pictures into your case description and to attach files (15MB limit) directly to the case. Requestor, subject and description are compulsory fields.

    You can follow your tickets progress by checking the ticket status and you can export your tickets to a CSV.
