Who are we?
Monique Radzilani – Geology, Support Consultant | UK
Monique has been with Datamine for almost six months, and during this time, she has been working closely with clients to help them with their license and maintenance renewals. She also was being the first point of contact regarding technical support. At the moment, Monique is coordinating and overseeing the technical support team and the Knowledge base database.
Andrew Hamblin – Licenses & Renewals Coordinator | UK
Andy joined the Datamine team two years ago. Since then, he is coordinating the licenses and maintenance for our clients, providing temporary licenses or updating licenses that have been renewed. Andy is also providing any technical help and any assistance that may be required.
Ayberk Duman – Technical Support Representative – Geology | Turkey
Ayberk started working with Datamine in summer 2020, just after his graduation. He is now focusing on providing Datamine users with technical support on the geology suite of software and providing training and assistance with client projects. Ayberk is our go-to support person for all geology-related issues.
Burak Gunay – Technical Support Representative – Mining | Turkey
The new addition to the Datamine Technical Support Team! He started working for Datamine in May 2020. He hit the ground running with his knowledge of the mining engineering software. Burak focuses on technical support on the engineering suite of the software and assisting with client projects.
